The dispatch time for your order will depend on the products you order, wherever possible orders will be dispatched complete. At peak times (July-September) we may dispatch items individually.
We dispatch orders by Royal Mail First Class post as standard, if your order is of a large value it may be sent by recorded delivery or courier at no extra cost.
As standard we dispatch orders every working day, however at peak times (July-September) we also dispatch on weekends but never on UK Bank Holidays.
Currently we only dispatch to UK postal codes. If you require shipment to destinations outside the UK please visit www.label-on.co.uk
We dispatch all orders within 4 working days of receiving your order providing all necessary information and payment has been received, if we need to clarify any information provided we will use the email address you provided with your order.
After placing your order please check your confirmation email for any errors with your delivery address or label details and let us know immediately.
It is the customer’s obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If a wrong address is submitted and your products are delivered to an incorrect address we will not issue a refund or send replacement goods. If your goods are returned to us because of an incorrect address, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense. Please make sure that you check that you have entered your full and complete postal address. If you make a mistake and enter the wrong details, please contact us immediately.
Should an order is returned to us as a result of either a wrong address, refusal to accept the delivery or failure to act on cards left by Royal Mail, the customer will be responsible for any additional redelivery costs incurred.
